1. Operating Entity & Platform Scope

These Terms of Service govern your use of the platforms, web services, and mobile applications created and operated by Wyntech Labs Private Limited ("Wyntech Labs", "we", "us", or "our"), headquartered in Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Zinetra provides a localized social commerce, business discovery, and verified seller networking platform.

2. Account Eligibility & Mobile Authentication

• Single Identity Rule: Users must register using an authentic, valid mobile telephone number capable of receiving SMS verification codes. Each individual is permitted exactly one personal or merchant account.
• KYC Verification: Access to elevated seller badges (e.g. Crown, VIP Checkmark) requires completion of government identity verification. Providing misleading or third-party identity documents results in immediate suspension.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your session credentials and all activity conducted through your authenticated account.

3. Seller Subscriptions & Commercial Privileges

Wyntech Labs offers optional paid membership tiers for merchants seeking expanded listing quotas, verified badging, and promotional reach:

• Tiers & Durations: Bronze (3 Months), Silver (6 Months), Gold (9 Months), Premium (1 Year VIP), Elite (2 Years VIP), and Diamond (3 Years VIP).
• Instant Digital Delivery: Privileges and bonus coins are provisioned instantly upon successful authorization and settlement by our payment gateway.
• Non-Transferability: Subscriptions are bound to the verified phone number and merchant account and cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to other parties.

4. Content Standards & Prohibited Conduct

Merchants and users must maintain honesty and integrity. You agree NOT to:

• List counterfeit, hazardous, stolen, or regulatory-banned merchandise.
• Post deceptive, misleading, or plagiarized descriptions and photos.
• Harass, defame, spam, or engage in abusive interactions with buyers or community members.
• Circumvent or tamper with application security, escrow protections, or location boundaries.

5. Payment Processing & Gateway Terms

All monetary transactions for subscription plans and in-app upgrades are processed via licensed payment aggregators (Razorpay) in compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines. Wyntech Labs does not store sensitive cardholder details or UPI PINs.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wyntech Labs operates as an intermediary technology platform connecting buyers and sellers. While we enforce strict KYC standards, Wyntech Labs is not a party to direct private agreements between independent buyers and sellers and disclaims liability for off-platform transactions.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
