Refunds and Cancellations Policy

This policy applies to digital seller membership plans purchased on the official Zinetra platform or through Wyntech Labs web portals:

2. Digital Activation & Fulfillment

Seller subscriptions deliver instant digital entitlements upon payment capture by Razorpay. Verified checkmarks, VIP badging, expanded listing limits, and promotional coin balances are credited directly to your registered mobile account in real time.

Due to the immediate provisioning of promotional coins and search-boost entitlements, active subscriptions with fully consumed benefits are non-refundable once activated.

3. Automated Refunds for Failed Activations

If funds are debited from your bank account or UPI handle but technical network latency prevents membership activation within 15 minutes:

• Automated Reconciliation: Our backend reconciliation daemon auto-detects unfulfilled orders and initiates a full reversal to your bank account.
• Reversal Timeline: The refund typically reflects within 3 to 5 business days depending on your issuing bank.
• Manual Support: You may also email [email protected] with your Razorpay payment ID for instant priority escalation.

4. Duplicate Transactions

If duplicate charges occur due to accidental double-clicking or mobile connection switches during checkout, the redundant transaction will be identified automatically and refunded in full to the original payment source within 3 to 5 business days.

5. Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions do not auto-renew without explicit cardholder mandate. You may choose not to renew at the end of your term without incurring cancellation penalties. To terminate an active account early, review our Account Deletion Policy.
