To provide local marketplace and community services, we collect:

Account Information: Mobile phone number, display name, user avatar, and authentication details.
Location Data: Approximate or precise location (with explicit permission) to show nearby creators and community posts.
Seller & Creator Verification: Identity documents (such as Aadhaar/PAN) provided during optional seller onboarding.
User-Generated Content: Marketplace listings, uploaded media (photos/videos), comments, and profile bio.
Transaction Data: Razorpay payment identifiers and order statuses. We do not store raw card or banking credentials.

2. Data Security & Encryption

Data Encryption in Transit: All network traffic between the Zinetra mobile app and backend servers is securely encrypted using industry-standard TLS (HTTPS) protocols.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain user data only as long as an active account exists or as required by law. Users have full control to delete their account at any time via the in-app settings or our online deletion process.

What Data is Deleted?

Your profile details (phone number, name, avatar, bio).
All published marketplace listings, posts, photos, and video reels.
Followers, likes, comments, and favorites.
Uploaded KYC verification records.

How to Request Account Deletion

Method A: From the Zinetra App

Open Zinetra on your device.
Go to Profile / Settings $\rightarrow$ Account Settings.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Method B: Online Deletion Request

If you uninstalled the app or lost device access, email us directly with your registered phone number:

By registering or using the Zinetra mobile application (owned and operated by Wyntech Labs Pvt Ltd), you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate information when registering via mobile number. Sellers must maintain accurate product descriptions.

2. Marketplace Transactions

Payments for physical goods and seller features are processed via certified third-party payment gateways (Razorpay). Prices listed on Zinetra are transparent.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not upload fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, copyright-infringing, or illicit material. Violations may result in account termination.

Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Bullying, hate speech, and threats are strictly forbidden.
Authentic Listings: Only list goods and services that you legitimately offer. No spam or deceptive pricing.
In-App Reporting: Users can report violations directly using the "Report" button on posts. Moderation reviews reports daily.
